Hey guys! So recently I got this bzz campaign from Bzz Agent to try this great new product, Kroger's low carb yogurt and milk. I was very excited to try this product, as I am a huge yogurt fan. Greek yogurt is one of my favorite snacks, because it not only is good for you but has lots of protein, which I don't get enough of.
I bought a few cartons of the CARBMaster Cinnamon Roll flavor yogurt, and I was in heaven. It was delicious! The stuff has 16g per serving and has no fat, only 90 calories, and CARBmaster cultured dairy blends are lower in carbs, calories and sugar than regular yogurt.
